Issu d'une parcelle calcaire à entroques très pentue sur le village de Saint-Véran, notre cuvée a été vinifiée sans soufre. L'élevage a été fait en cuve inox (50%) et fût de chêne de 6 vins (50%). Aucun intrant n'a été utilisé jusqu'à la mise en bouteille, hormis un léger ajout de SO2. Minéral et fruité, notre Sain-Véran vous surprendra par sa richesse aromatique.
