Notre cuvée de Mâcon-Pierreclos blanc "la Pie Côl" est vendangée à la main sur nos plus vieilles parcelles de chardonnay du village de Pierreclos. La fermentation se fait à froid et en levures naturelles. L'élevage est quant à lui réalisé en cuve (50%), en fûts de 300 litres (30%) et pour la première fois en jarre en gré (20%).
